When we contacted customer care , no one give proper response. They many times drop calls. Why we should pay 2 times for same months recharge. Now it's high time to stop this monopoly by gtpl operators.

Secondly, we had just transfer the connection as we got our home transfer. We have already recharged in through old home's cable operator now when we transfer the set top box to new address new operator is telling to do new recharge.

Very poor customer services by gtpl both in internet and cable. Firstly we have installed gtpl internet but we didn't get the internet connection. After making many calls no one responded well in this regard after 5 days it get resolved.
