@PhonePe Paid ₹1 lakh via PhonePe on 14 Jan for a bill payment. No resolution till date. TAT kept increasing—from 30 mins to 24 hrs, now 6 days. ₹1 lakh may be small for PhonePe, but it’s huge for me. Very disappointing experience how we trust you?
