it's less than 2% Inflation per year. salary me DA 5-6% hota hai. Uss hisab se they are doing quite well.

Second they were giving subsidy by delaying payment through OIL bond. So they were just delaying losses.
If it's done today with same Oil consumption, it would be 3 times

The thing is that the best system would be to make 1 or 2 GST system. But once you will do it, there would be outrage for charging high GST on Aata Dal Chawal

1) The tax on the restaurant is 5% single rate.

2) But it's still a problem where there is a GST Exempted Item.

3) The FM is arrogant but she is the only woman, from south, in the top 5 ministers. No replacement.
