@ohxiyu 不要传播错误信息，BIP361完全没有说现在就冻结。361完全不是没收财产，如果你有私钥完全可以迁移，还在自己的控制之下。

@epr510 感谢普及了这么多硬核的知识！代码是不断升级的，特别是当环境发生巨大变化，代码也是需要不断变化的。
冻结早期的币不是没收，因为如果你有私钥完全可以自由的迁移。如果不冻结，被量子计算机偷走才是违背了中本聪的意愿。
