@krrishkoh I believe that DoJ is doing the same thing doing further investigation will only delay the decision and will ultimately affect the business and thus a loss in the revenues, which as an investor, I don't want.
As an MD you should take a decision ASAP.
@SnehilSah21@backwatersiimk Sir, I understand your concerns, but I have taken charge of firm in last 4 months only & I have made significant changes in the policies, hiring procedures &other activities inorder to avoid such misconduct &protect the firm's core values. Thus, I can assure it won't happen again
As the MD, it’s my responsibility to accept the wrongdoing that has happened in the firm and to the fact, we were also surprised, since it was against our core values & for the future we assure our clients & other stakeholders that such misconduct will not happen.
@backwatersiimk
@Pooja_BW_IIMK@backwatersiimk Ma'am, I have taken charge of the firm in the last 4 months only & I have made significant changes in the policies, hiring procedures & other activities which will help us to select right people.
Thus, I can assure you that we can reach great heights if you give us 2 chance
@SoniyaHassina@backwatersiimk Ma'am, I have taken charge of the firm in the last 4 months only & I have made significant changes in the policies, hiring procedures & other activities inorder to avoid such misconduct in the future.
Thus, I can assure you that we can reach great heights if you give us 2 chance
At last, all I can say is we are providing the service for the last 50 years and we have grown because of you and due to few people our relationship has been hampered, but I believe everyone deserves a second chance to build the trust again @backwatersiimk
@AkshayBrahmbh12@backwatersiimk Sir, all promises are true, & Mr. Kapoor has already accepted the wrongdoing & he is behind bars, for Mr. Sharma, the trial is going on we totaly support the decision by system & I have taken charge of firm in past 4 mths only & have made significant changes to avoid misconducts
@charusharmak Still, it's on paper only. If it was the core part of the strategy, then such misconduct should not have happened, and thus I believe that the firm has chosen profit over the core values
@krrishkoh@backwatersiimk Sir, I understand your situation but trust me, I have taken charge of firm in the last 4 months only & I have made significant changes in the policies, hiring process, and other activities inorder to avoid such misconduct & we just need a second chance from you to prove ourselves
@SnehilSah21 You might are taking things seriously, but your tweet doesn't reflect the same, & based on the gravity of situation, a dynamic leader should make the decisions asap in order to protect the firm's image.
As investor, I again reiterate their no future for firm under such leadership
@MarchaAaryan I do understand you have faith in the judicial system, and again I reiterate that your tweets lack seriousness, and as an investor, I don't see any future for the firm under such leadership.
@SoniyaHassina I don't think both are correct it is 1968 (54 years), and Mr. Sharma has not been considered guilty yet, and you have simply neglected the detail and if firm doesn't want to share its quarterly and yearly goals then as an investor how I can trust the companies vision & mission
@SnehilSah21@Pooja_BW_IIMK@SnehilSah21 first of all, you need to calm down it's not your college debate where you can say whatever you want it's a more formal conversation, and there is a slight difference between disappointment and an apology.@Pooja_BW_IIMK involving director in process will create bias
@Pooja_BW_IIMK@backwatersiimk Don't you think the SEC and DoJ are doing the same thing finding the root cause and apologising in this tweet proves that the firm was not apologetic in earlier tweets.
@Nishantm2222 Unstructured growth...
It shows that the firm doesn't have a structured process for the firm's mission & vision and such firms have uncertain futures and therefore as an investor, I don't see any future for the firm under such leadership.
@Avi37098204 @backwatersiimk It's commendable that you are accepting your wrongdoing, but reforming the rules will take time. As a Client, I don't believe in your firm because such a situation has once might happen again, and we can't risk our firm's sensitive information with your firm again.
@abiBackwaters Yes, there is a need for change in governance policies, but that change is not immediate it requires time and patience.
But your tweets don't talk about the immediate plan of action needed to safe the firm's image among multiple stakeholders.
@HarshvardhanIIM @backwatersiimk Yes...
Everyone learns from their mistakes, and this misconduct has taught us multiple things and given us a reality check of what can possibly go wrong and where more improvement is needed and second chance will help us to show you what we really stand for.
@bajaj_speaks@backwatersiimk The firm workers are being held on suspicion of insider trading, yet your tweets ignore everything that has transpired with the business and doesn't reflect the gravity of the issue.
And with such a lack of seriousness, we don't see the organization's future.
@TahseenIIMK@backwatersiimk I appreciate that the company is accepting responsibility for the wrongdoing, but nothing has been said regarding the subsequent developments in the Mr. Sharma case or the company's future intentions other than how it intends to prevent similar misbehavior in the future.
