We contribute more than 10 billion pounds to charities each year usually in the UK but #coronavirus has hit charities hard.
What’s being done to make up the shortfall? Anna’s been living with MS for more than 10 years, she’s making and selling face masks for the @MSTrust.
@BartsHospital @BBCBreakfast I have spent many hours in this waiting area. I also went to the old outpatients. Every one of the staff here are brilliant. I cannot stress that enough. Mr Lobo and Ms Von Klemperer are heroes of mine. 🫀
I’m so grateful to have been referred to @BartsHospital for my heart issues. @GlennHoddle has it spot on. It’s a fantastic place. Happy Anniversary to this amazing place #barts900
Today I bought a Disabled Persons Railcard so I can get 1/3 off train travel.
All ppl with MS in the UK are eligible thx to Dominic Shadbolt, @themsguide, who campaigned to ensure ppl with an MS diagnosis automatically qualify.

@IndiaWilloughby Mother and baby groups aren’t called that because they also encourage dads. Maternity is still called that- I don’t think anyone has an issue with that do they? And it’s the gov telling mothers that they are economically inactive that make them feel shit.
@shiftms My first 5-6 years was like that, but since I had Mavenclad, (and since the pandemic) I’ve gone to an annual phone call and (should be) an annual scan. My scan was missed in 2022. I’m sort of glad, but also sitting twiddling my thumbs thinking- have they forgotten me!
Her teacher made the class write their cards from scratch with no prompts. Guarantee to have all the mums crying. #MothersDay happy Mother’s Day to all the mother figures and thoughts with those who have the day without their loved ones x
@MissPaget@IndiaWilloughby Exactly. 👆🏼 Can cis women come together in support of trans women because I’m getting really fed up being told how I feel. My rights are not affected but those of my trans sisters are.
@FloellaBenjamin My 6 y o daughter took Coming to England out of the library- we kept it for a bit too long so had to finally take it to be renewed. It had been reserved. We had to give it back. She was very sad- we had a last reading and she said goodbye. Your fandom spans generations ❤️
@MHLondon22 I hope you backed away from that confrontation. There is so much wrong with that opinion that it’s not worth starting to begin to pull it appart.
@MSTrust Somebody has said it already-
But information and support service. Avoid ‘line’ it implies only a phone is involved. Also ‘help’ as it isn’t very empowering. Your people give amazing information and support- two sides of the same coin but also very different.
@THEVIVIENNEUK I’m gradually introducing my 6 y o to the concept of drag. I love it when a queen goes on the one show or catch phrase or something so she can see them.
@GWRHelp@megansjc Why is it that @greateranglia manage to have designated pushchair spaces and even @Se_Railway have quite a lot of space on the HS trains and yet you expect tiny babies to be ‘safely’ stowed on the floor? Would babies on the floor not be a more precarious obstruction for staff?
