Very pleased to announce that the Graduate Certificate in Learning Design at UTS has won the AECT Learner Engagement Division’s 2022 Excellence in Innovation Award. It's a big deal! Congrats to everyone in the team who contributed!
This year at UTS, our learning and teaching stories weren’t all just about using Zoom and teaching remotely. Really proud of the quality and range of stories on the LX site this year - read my countdown of the top 21 posts of 2021: https://t.co/Sm2k764XkX @UTSfutures @UTSEngage
Thanks, @kellyanagram, for sharing your insight with the UTS LD Meetup, such powerful considerations and prompts! Loved listening to you speak. @UTSfutures
Imagine going on to a large website like Amazon or similar, but each page is owned by a different person who can freely choose the layout, terminology and design etc…imagine that as an experience….this is how some students experience an LMS every day for years #edtech#highered
PSA: If you're doing a spring clean in NSW/VIC/ACT, most op shops are overflowing due to lockdowns, so the stuff you dump goes to landfill.
Instead, call your local homelessness shelters (search "crisis accommodation" in maps) and ask if clothes and books would help residents.
Ready for the UTS learning design meetup! Thanks @maisfatayer@LucyBlakemore and Christina! Ready to get into the future of learning design! @UTSfutures #learningdesign
@InnerWestPip I hear you! Took so long to book mine in and I was supposed to be in a priority group (but the gov website didn't recognise it 🤦🏻♀️). Have you tried UTS medical centre? They fit me in for next week in the end.
