@EducationLaw2 I don't think homeschooling is considered "equivalent instruction." Qualified teachers have to go to school 4 years, do practicums, and do student teaching to learn how to teach students. I don't think a high school diploma is equivalent to a qualified teacher.#@Educationlaw2
