It says if I don't book an appointment by the 27th I have to start a new claim? I can't apply for an advance until I do this

@HMRCcustomers Hi I have managed to verify my identity online and now it says I need to book an appointment before I can receive any Universal Credit, is this correct or do I just wait until the payment date? The help line is impossible to get through. Thank you.

@PostOffice Hi I received an email on Friday saying my document has been verified and to complete my registration however when I log in to my account it says my selfie verification is still pending, is this correct are they verified separately or is this a technical glitch?

@HMRCcustomers Hi Nav, to log in to my Universal Credit account it is asking for a PSN (Personal Security Number) it is 16 digits and it says it would have been given to me during my initial interview. I no longer have this number and it says if this number is not available to call HRMC. Thanks
