Murdering a voiceless being by running it over MULTIPLE TIMES is not a serious enough crime in #ViksitBharat, you can get bail and just go home.
The law is very considerate towards criminals.
Beating women is alright too, break a few bones too, no worries, you get to go home.

🌳💔 HEARTBREAKING: THE TREES ARE CUTTING BEHIND THE DELHI CM'S RESIDENCE 💔🌳
Large-scale trees are cutting behind the residence of CM @CMODelhi@gupta_rekha (Rekha Gupta) in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, India 🇮🇳.
@CMODelhi has appealed to citizens: "If you see trees being cut, inform us." But when trees are being felled so close to the Chief Minister's own residence, whom should citizens report it to? If those responsible for protecting Delhi's green cover are themselves allowing its destruction, who will hear the public's concerns?
@CMODelhi has publicly urged citizens to report tree cutting wherever it occurs. But when trees are being felled so close to the Chief Minister's own residence, who should citizens approach? Who will ensure accountability?
@gupta_rekha also encourages people to keep water out for birds during Delhi's extreme summers. That is a good message. But if trees are cut down, where will those birds nest, rest, and find shelter? Water alone cannot replace an entire habitat.
A mature tree takes decades to grow but only minutes to destroy. Every tree cut means less oxygen, more heat, fewer homes for birds, and greater environmental damage for Delhi.
@gupta_rekha@CMODelhi@dofwgnctd@PWDDelhi@LtGovDelhi
Questions for the authorities:
Why are these trees being cut❓
Under which project is this being done❓
Were all legal permissions and environmental clearances obtained❓
How many trees have been approved for felling❓
What compensatory plantation plan exists, and where is it being implemented❓
How will the loss of mature trees and bird habitats be compensated❓
Humans need oxygen. Oxygen comes from trees. If there are no trees, where will the oxygen come from❓
Questions that @PWDDelhi must answer:
• Under which project are these trees being cut?
• How many trees have been approved for felling?
• Were all statutory permissions obtained from the Forest Department?
• Was a public environmental assessment conducted?
• What is the compensatory plantation plan and where will it be implemented?
• Why are mature trees being removed when Delhi is already facing severe heat and pollution?
The public deserves transparency. Development cannot become an excuse for the unchecked destruction of Delhi's green cover.
🌳 If birds need water, they also need trees. Without trees, there are no nests, no shade, and no future for countless living beings.

🚨 HEARTBREAKING ANIMAL CRUELTY IN CHILKANA, SAHARANPUR 🚨🐃
📍 Chilkana, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Source: https://t.co/wF6zjpqkXZ
A deeply disturbing video allegedly shows a male buffalo being brutally beaten with a stick fitted with a sharp iron spike after it became unable to carry an excessively heavy load.
The buffalo appears so exhausted, injured, and helpless that it can barely stand. Yet instead of compassion or medical attention, it is allegedly subjected to repeated blows. Every strike causes immense pain to an animal that has no voice to plead for mercy and no way to escape its suffering.
The animal's fear, exhaustion, and helplessness are visible. It is heartbreaking to watch a living being pushed beyond its limits and then punished for collapsing under the burden.
If verified, this is a grave act of animal cruelty and may attract provisions of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and BNS Section 325, wherever applicable.
⚖️ We urgently request @saharanpurpol and @Uppolice to:
✅ Register an FIR immediately
✅ Identify and apprehend the accused persons
✅ Rescue the buffalo and provide urgent veterinary treatment
✅ Preserve all video evidence and witness statements
✅ Take strict legal action against those responsible
No animal deserves to be beaten with a sharp iron-spiked stick for being too exhausted to work. Compassion is a duty, cruelty is a crime.

@AwbiBallabhgarh your current SOP and complaint-handling process need urgent review. Requiring citizens to repeatedly submit complaints through portals while immediate intervention is often lacking has contributed to an increase in animal cruelty incidents across the country.
The primary responsibility of the Animal Welfare Board should be the protection and welfare of animals. We urge AWBI to strengthen enforcement, ensure accountability, and revise SOPs that create delays in action. Animals cannot wait for lengthy procedures while suffering cruelty on the ground.
AWBI must seriously reconsider its current approach. Promoting the confinement of community dogs in shelters with extremely limited space and inadequate provisions is not a humane or sustainable solution.
Why is the focus shifting towards removing dogs from their natural habitats and placing them in shelters, instead of strengthening sterilization and vaccination programs, which are the legally recognized and scientifically proven methods for population management and rabies control?
The emphasis should be on effective implementation of ABC (Animal Birth Control) and anti-rabies vaccination, public awareness, and prevention of cruelty—not on institutionalizing healthy community animals. Confinement without adequate space, enrichment, and lifelong care can severely compromise animal welfare.
We urge AWBI to review its SOPs and prioritize humane, evidence-based solutions that protect both animals and public health.
Kindly take proactive measures to prevent cruelty and protect animals as mandated under law.
🚨 JAGATPURI ANIMAL CRUELTY CASE | DELHI-UPDATE 🚨
What the CCTV footage allegedly reveals is heartbreaking.
A harmless community dog, who spent its days surviving on the streets and depended on the kindness of local residents, reportedly came under a moving vehicle. Instead of a simple accident, the footage allegedly shows the dog being run over and dragged repeatedly, leaving the animal with no chance to escape and causing a painful death.
For those who care for community dogs, this was not just "another stray." It was a living being capable of feeling fear, pain, and suffering. In its final moments, the dog allegedly endured unimaginable agony.
Following public outrage and eyewitness accounts, Delhi Police registered an FIR, arrested the accused Saif Hussain Naqvi, and seized the vehicle involved. The investigation is ongoing.
No animal deserves to die in such a horrific manner. We hope the investigation is conducted fairly and that accountability follows wherever the evidence leads.
A society is judged by how it treats its most vulnerable. Justice for this innocent dog matters.

🚨 THIRD ATTACK IN 9 MONTHS. WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY? 🚨
📍 Jangpura, New Delhi
Reports indicate that a Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record, known for advocating for community animals and the rule of law, has allegedly been attacked for the third time within nine months.
Even more alarming are claims that despite repeated incidents and complaints, no FIR has yet been registered.
If true, this raises serious concerns:
❓ Are animal caregivers being deliberately targeted?
❓ Why have repeated allegations of violence reportedly not resulted in swift action?
❓ What message does this send to citizens who stand up for vulnerable animals and public welfare?
Violence and intimidation have no place in a society governed by law.
We urge @DelhiPolice@CPDelhi@DCPSouthDelhi@DCPSEastDelhi@112UttarPradesh to ensure a prompt, impartial investigation, register FIR, preserve all evidence, and take appropriate action against anyone found responsible.
No citizen should be punished for compassion.

🚨 URGENT ACTION REQUIRED 🚨
A community dog was allegedly force-fed alcohol and thrown into water in Manjari (Maniyari), Banmankhi, Purnia, Bihar. The incident, Constitutes a grave act of animal cruelty and may attract provisions of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and BNS Section 325.
We call upon @bihar_police, @PurneaSp and the district administration to take immediate cognizance of this matter, register an FIR without delay, identify the accused persons, preserve all evidence, and ensure strict legal action.
Failure to act against such blatant cruelty sends a dangerous message that violence against helpless animals can go unpunished.

🚨 FROM KILLING AN INDIAN INNOCENT DOG TO KILLING 8 HUMANS:
ARE WE IGNORING A WARNING SIGN OF ANIMAL CRUELTY PRECURSOR CRIME TO VIOLENCE ON HUMANS? 🚨
📍 Chhattisgarh
A shocking serial murder case has reignited concerns about the link between animal cruelty and human violence.
If the FIR was registered under relevant sections of animal Cruelty & if the locals have filed the complaint of Animal Cruelty when he poisoned the dogs, Today 8 Human's & Animals would have not been murdered by this Psychopathic criminal.
According to police reports, accused Ram Sahay Jaiswal allegedly poisoned and killed 8 people in just 4 months. Investigators reportedly found that before targeting humans, he first tested the poison on a dog and watched it die.
🐕 The dog was allegedly the first victim.
The first life taken.
The first warning sign.
Police allege the accused later murdered multiple people over disputes involving elections, land, debt, verbal arguments, personal suspicions, and old grudges. He allegedly invited victims to drink alcohol and then poisoned them.
⚠️ This case raises an important question:
How many acts of animal cruelty are dismissed as "just an animal" before they escalate into something far worse?
Animal cruelty is not only an animal welfare issue.
The FBI treats animal cruelty as a "predictor crime" for serial offenders.
If top law enforcement recognizes the link to human violence, why do our policymakers ignore it?
@narendramodi@AmitShah@MLJ_GoI
https://t.co/Hytao6aCIt
It is a public safety issue.
It is a violence-prevention issue.
Criminologists, behavioral experts, and law-enforcement agencies worldwide have long studied how deliberate cruelty towards animals can sometimes be an early indicator of dangerous violent behavior.
While not every person who harms an animal becomes a violent criminal, society cannot afford to ignore repeated and intentional acts of cruelty.
🇮🇳 India records thousands of animal cruelty cases every year, yet weak enforcement and inadequate penalties often fail to deter offenders.
Over 9,000 animal cruelty cases in 2024; Maharashtra tops states, J-K leads UTs: @NCRBHQ
https://t.co/IlCh9hT1lB
When cruelty is normalized, violence grows.
🐕 First a dog.
🐄 Then another animal.
⚠️ And tragically, a human being becomes the next victim..
Animal Killers are known to be Committing crimes like Rape, Murder, Killing someone while driving vehicle.
We cannot ignore Cruelty to Animals at any cost now.
We urge policymakers, law enforcement agencies, courts, and legislators to strengthen animal protection laws, improve enforcement, and treat serious cruelty cases as warning indicators that deserve immediate attention.
Protecting animals is not separate from protecting society.
A society that ignores cruelty risks normalizing violence.

🚨 CHHATTISGARH SERIAL MURDER CASE: ANIMAL CRUELTY WAS THE FIRST WARNING SIGN 🚨
📍 Chhattisgarh, India 🇮🇳
According to police reports, accused Ram Sahay Jaiswal allegedly poisoned and killed 8 people over a period of four months. Investigators reportedly found that before targeting humans, he first tested the poison on a dog and watched the animal die.
If these findings are accurate, the alleged poisoning and killing of the dog itself constituted a serious offence under animal protection laws and should have attracted immediate police action.
⚖️ Applicable provisions may include:
✅ Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960
✅ BNS Section 325 (killing, poisoning, maiming, or rendering an animal useless)
✅ Other applicable provisions based on the facts established during investigation
This case demonstrates why animal cruelty must never be dismissed as a minor offence. The first victim was allegedly a dog. The warning sign was there.
📢 We urge @CGPoliceDept, @HMOIndia , @moefcc , @AwbiBallabhgarh and all concerned authorities to strengthen enforcement of animal cruelty laws, ensure prompt registration of FIRs, and take strict action in every cruelty case before violence escalates further.
