RT32 - ST ALBANS

This Porsche Macan was reported stolen at 0308 hours. At 0326 we sighted the vehicle with a male changing its plates. He made off on foot, was chased down and arrested for theft of a motor vehicle.

Vehicle recovered and one happy owner.
