@loveholidays what’s the point of offering a price on your site (which went up during booking) that, upon booking and paying a deposit, you contact us and say it’s actually going to be more like double the price. Total bait and switch scam. What you’re doing should be illegal.

Second and third parcels were supposed to be delivered yesterday to the same locker but again weren't
- that's 3 orders and 0 deliveries. We pay for Prime for the convenience however nothing about this week is convenient, or good, or acceptable.

@AmazonHelp According to your CS my first parcel was apparently delivered on Wednesday to a locker, but the app says it's lost. The app won't let me order a refund/ replacement without talking to you.
Turns out I can't have a replacement, only a refund (ordered on Prime day)
