FACT: Since mid-December in Ontario, the Omicron wave has caused 3,771 deaths in people who are >60 years old. That's 1,400 more deaths than during the Alpha & Delta waves...COMBINED.

Rents are already WAY too high. Renters can't keep up. Landlords (particularly corporate landlords) have been making record profits. This isn't accidental. Capping rent increases to 2.5% will already be too much for some renters, especially those living on fixed incomes.
