And that evidence must be presented by the government and convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt of that guilt. That’s the law. It’s what separates law from anarchy

The IRS can’t arrest you for failure to pay taxes but they can for lying on your tax returns. Now they can garnish you wages with a court order or seize assets but it isn’t criminal.
