2 weeks ago, our season best 4x4 was 3:28.04. They ran 3:24.04 to qualify for state. They then finished the state finals w/ a 3:21.79, earning themselves 5th place and 5th in school history. We couldn’t be happier

A term I find annoying in the fitness/training world is “core work”.
If a program incorporates basic lifts (eg, squats, hang cleans, DL, etc…) athletes are getting plenty of “core work”.
