@SkodaIndia This is because of overcrowding, please look into this. One service centre handling all of Noida is just not enough.

I got a bill in November with IR charges and when connected with customer care, they said since you have used IR services we have charged. Please note I have not travelled outside India.

There were 2 PNR.
one of the PNR was cancelled because of duplicate.
Here is the flow:
- I had booked a ticket through MMT.
- Got a message from MMT- "Your payment has failed, amount will be refunded"
- After receiving above message, I booked one more ticket.

Now I travelled on the second ticket as the first one was cancelled.
So , all I want is refund on the first https://t.co/gZz6d4hthk seems airline charged on both of them.
May be it's a failure from MMT as why was the message about payment failure delivered and I booked another.
