CAPF IS ORGANISED CADRE SINCE 1986 ! YES, Hon SC and DHC verdicts.
There are 52 other Organised Cadre, getting timely promotion,and NFFU benefits.
IPS Officers,come into CAPFs in IG rank,for 3 years, enjoy plum posting, doesn't know the ground realities.
