Dear President Sir, it would not be out of place to mention that he has to fight for his career progression too. Has been in this rank for last 9 yrs besides officers who have to spend more than 12 yrs in same rank without even a single promotion even after being declared OGAS.

But the General rank officer doesn't have much teeth to bite.

@MGurumantra True . The lobby is so strong that even NFFU and OGAS status granted by Hon'ble Delhi High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court was not implemented in letter and spirit.

Not yet implemented by Govt Of India. Officers are waiting as long as 12 years for their first promotion.

Why should talented lot opt for CAPF Officer Cadre then ??

Stagnation is all time high. Officers are leaving forces and joining private companies due to stagnation.

CRPF ग्राउंड कमांडर (राजपत्रित अधिकारी) यहीं पर रहते हैं।इन योद्धाओं को सुविधा भले ही कैसी मिले, लेकिन इन्होंने अपने ‘कर्म’ को ऊपर रख कर नक्सलियों का अंत तय कर दिया है। उनकी मांद में घुसकर 58 कैम्प स्थापित कर दिए।
