@PostNL Exhausted from trying to find where my parcels are for the last 3 months!!! Talked to customer service several times, filled like a million forms. Giving up on my precious memories now😢

@PostNL But now being told it is at a service point. I filled forms to change address of delivery/authorise a friend in NL to receive the parcel. But now being told a third person cannot receive my parcel.
