Watch out if you use the platform. It’s not reliable nor safe. Many scams.
And they will NOT take responsibility of any of your damage or expenses.

They have legal documentation proving the property is CLOSED and UNSAFE from the Fire Department.
Refund Valerie's money and solve the problem.

It’s disappointing that it has come to this, but after exhausting every complaint process with @bookingcom, I am now preparing a small claims court claim.

No customer should have to spend months chasing a resolution after being left stranded and out of pocket.

Im going through a LIVING HELL with @bookingcom
Our Hostel -Ella House-was CLOSED DOWN by @LondonFire due to safety issues, we had to relocate TWICE (us PRE PAYing) and now after authorised relocations and having provided the report -refuses to refund almost £2000 total‼️+

Can’t say I’m surprised, they’r now even “cancelling” the credits they enforced in the first place.
this is how @bookingcom treats you as a customer after selling unsafe properties in their web and forcing u to pre-pay for relocations

Careful with @bookingcom they have scam and unsafe sites on the website Ella’s House in London - after closed down by @LondonFire on the 27th they still operating (even same weekend!!!)
