I firmly believe Kristi Noem initially expanded ICE/recruited her force through the member roles of extremists organizations like Proud Boys, 3%ers, and the former Identity Evropa & League of the South. Many of these members were financially struggling during Biden years, if not jailed for involvement in J6. They would be the first recruits. This new ICE charter is a dream job for them.
