Let me guess.. we’re finding out that patients are getting poked unnecessarily so we took the qAM order out because we want to reduce patient harm or by doing it this way, we’re able to get your patient an extra day in the hospital. I promise you, It’s wont be residency that’s going to take that from you. It will be dealing with insurances and not getting reimbursed while doing endless peer to peers, pressure from admin to put more money into their pocket, expectations that you work for free, put patients over your family.
