@MaryBowdenMD Define "need."
Anyone who has a cell phone, cable internet, large-screen TV, streaming channels, a vehicle, isn't in need. Visit almost any developing country and you'll see what true need looks like. But good luck reducing or cancelling any of this.
@NatetheLawyer Yes, both were justified. The Babbitt case, though, was even weaker for the officers. The Biden DOJ added another hurdle that doesn't exist. Thankfully for this DOJ, that precedent does them a huge favor: https://t.co/ViXv5SxPuC
I'll remind everyone of the legal framework precedent set by Biden DOJ to NOT prosecute the officer. Not only did they have to prove the officer used unreasonable deadly force, but a HIGHER burden of proof that he did so "willfully" with "a bad purpose to disregard the law."

@TheTNHoller@Timodc@willchamberlain It doesn't matter what you think after watching videos over and over. It only matters what the officer reasonably thought. Read the high bar set by Obama DOJ: https://t.co/ViXv5SxPuC

@mungowitz It's way more odd to think Babbitt's WAS and Good's WASN'T. The facts were much more in Babbitt's favor, she posed no threat of immediate bodily harm to the officer or anyone. Yet, the officer thought she did.
Where is the left now?
Where are the “pro-Palestinian” and “anti war” activists when the Islamic Republic is killing innocent Iranians?
At least 20 people got killed in 10 days protests including 4 children….
Same story, my friends, the same story I once told @billmaher.
How dare you?
Millions of us Iranians are in total darkness.
The internet is shut down.
People being killed and from the safety of the free world, you go on international media to repeat accusations the regime uses to kill them.
That’s not analysis.
That’s fuel.
@piersmorgan
Last night I debunked the myths around Israel, AIPAC, and Islam.
If Israel controls America, they're doing a really, really bad job.
Please watch my 5 minute closing statement below.
Proud to say the audience voted our side the winner.
America First ≠ America Alone!
My God, this might be the loudest mic drop I’ve ever seen in the history of debating 🤭 bookmark and post every time a zombie PR Jihad propagandist comes at you with the AIPAC/Israel “aid” talking point 🔥
🔥👀🇺🇸 THE LEGEND OF “MAGA TYSON” WAS BORN TODAY.
If you put a megaphone with a BLARING SIREN in someone’s ear that w/ the intent to permanently deafen them…that is CONSIDERED ASSAULT & you can defend yourself.
He was tossing out HUMPTY DUMPTIES to every single one of them that ATTACKED HIM.
