Having associated with BTL agencies, I know that this can be managed by handsomely paying-off people in the system.

#Hyderabad— Top defaulter of GHMC in regard to Outdoor Ads-

GHMC hoarding agencies owe ₹39.74 crore in dues, I Catch Communications and Prakash Arts among top defaulters.

Together, I Catch Communications and the Prakash Arts entries account for ₹11.84 crore, or about 29.8% of the ₹39.74 crore total.

Other agencies with outstanding amounts include Outspace Advertising, which has ₹1,86,94,280 due against 16 listed units, and Media Corp, with ₹50,60,738 due against five.

GHMC department lists 452 agency entries covering 1,521 advertisement units, with total outstanding dues of nearly ₹39.74 crore.

The corner of every flyover is filled with sand. Each morning I see municipal workers scrapping the sand & arranging them in a pile on the Begumpet & Somajiguda flyover. Every single day; same drill.

Now that Starbucks is opening its first Reserve café in Hyderabad, I thought it was time to finally post about Roast CCX, Banjara Hills.

This is much more than just a coffee shop. It has its own roastery, bakery, coffee lab, mini theatre, party hall and much more.

The place is huge, spread across 60,000 sq ft, with seating for around 500 people, making it one of the largest cafés in India.

Honestly, I think Roast CCX is better than most Starbucks Reserve cafés I’ve visited. The food options are also much better.

The coffee selection and brewing options are huge. The main difference is that Starbucks has coffees from around the world, while Roast CCX focuses mainly on small batches and micro lots from select farms across India.

I also got a full tour of the kitchen and the facility. One thing that really stood out was how impeccably clean and well maintained the kitchen is. The whole setup is very high-tech and almost feels like a high-end research laboratory.

Who will fine them and how? Requires some feet-on-street to monitor and impose the fine.

GHMC or whoever the authority is to penalise for such acts can make good money. Stand near transformers on the footpaths, next to metro pillars that are close to a wall & under the trees.
