PBS News has obtained a memo that was sent today to Kennedy Center staff that says that President Trump’s name has to be removed from Kennedy Center signage, promo materials, website, etc. It must happen by June 12, according to the center’s office of general counsel.
It is always wild to me, listening to pre-80s Supreme Court arguments, that advocates can speak for 20 minutes without interruption, except perhaps to have a Justice ask a question about what is the record. It's like another universe.

The court on Monday morning added one new case to its argument docket for the 2026-27 term, granting another case involving the First Step Act, a 2018 law intended to improve federal prison conditions and reduce long federal prison sentences.
