Used ChatGPT today to build a SF Municipal Code Agent.
My goal is to make it easier for civil servants in SF to figure out to navigate the large volume of laws in the city so that they can accomplish their goals faster.
It was harder to build than I thought, but also a lot of fun!
I'm sure it isn't perfect but its an example of how LLMs can be used to improve the lives of civil servants as they work hard to make the city better.
Give it a try: https://t.co/pxZipnAFr2
If you have suggestions on how I can improve it - let me know!
Wall Street just funded a billion-dollar trade finance deal with… fake invoices and boarded-up warehouses.
@Stenn_Intl collapsed in December, taking nearly $1B in investor capital down with it.
Here’s what actually happened:
@sama@OpenAI ChatGPT went full Costanza!!! fake files, make believe Dropbox uploads and Gmail logins, phantom progress, and elite-tier digital gaslighting. Vandelay Industries wishes it had this level of audacity. @ChatGPTapp
Finally wrapped this one up the weather had it held up for at least a month and a half and I also kinda put it on the back burner with some other projects I had going on. The main issue was the dumpster was way in the back so I couldn't really do nothing with the driveway or yard until I got it out and it's been too wet to get it out. When they finally came to get it. It took 3 trucks to get it out because one got stuck trying to pull the other out.
But anyways this one is a 3/2 1525 SQFT I'll be asking in the 250k range nothing fancy with this one just a simple build that's affordable for the area. Although the fridge is a little higher end but I got a really good deal on the appliance package.
(Yes the grass isn't that green the sod wasn't down when she came to get pictures)
@mwseibel Thank you for sharing the framework for “how to ask for advice.” It’s been truly valuable, not just in tech but in everyday life as well. I really appreciate it. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter!
You’re an amazing, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful person!

@mf_drew_@LeylaKuni Go to the university they said, get a MS in Finance they said! Only for AI to write the whole investing thesis with added explanation 🤣🤣🤣
@LeylaKuni Low margin you say? Maybe health insurance companies could “Stop Buying Avocado Toast and Expensive Lattes”? Maybe they should “Quit Being Lazy” and instead try “Pulling themselves up by their Bootstraps”? /s
@GrulkeLamonte Drive it on “sports” mode and turn off the “pro power onboard” while driving/not using them. Tire pressure around 42. I’m averaging 2.7/2.8 in town and 2.2/2.3 highway going at/under speed limit. Mix 2.5.
