Closed on the 3 loans for these 3 houses yesterday. These will make 5 ground up construction loans I've done with @follard @mhowitt @HardMoneyNick and it's by far been the easiest process of any lenders I've worked with.

Ready to go on all 3 but weather has not been cooperating to even get started on the pads.
