@allie__voss Pinch your nose, close your lips, seal your tongue to the roof of your mouth and then try to breathe in through your nose as hard as you can. A doctor taught us that after a year and many tests showing nothing was inhibiting breathing. It worked.

@HannahWardEdu It is so nuanced, and people who are actually neglecting their kids education under the cover of homeschool will be reviled by their kids as they enter adulthood. Thank God that human beings are resilient and he has built the stages of reasoning into every one of us.

Everyone crying about divorce—

You have no room to speak if you've never been divorced.

I escaped hell. I broke generational patterns of accepting and excusing an abuser.

From your holier-than-thou vantage point you think you see clearly and can reduce divorce to points and a judgment?

My children are stronger and brighter and more faithful than any I've ever seen because of all we have walked through and risen above.

So enjoy your perfect, not actually perfect, view of the most intimate relationship on earth and for eternity.

@SteveOnSpeed Yes it’s that bad. Currently have a $17 an hour job and a $20 an hour job because nothing I’m qualified for is hiring. Been applying for only 2.5 months though…

@livtalley_coach Yes I dated one for 2 months who could not understand that. Bc of his work schedule most of that was on the phone, had 6 hrs in person. He started pushing for titles, he didn’t understand it was too early. Probabaly was a great guy. He just wouldn’t give me time to experience it.

@SummrWrites I just started on berberine (supplement) and the food noise is gone. I didn’t even know I had it because I’m so disciplined I can wipe out the thought the minute it hits my brain-but now I only think about food to cook for family. It’s amazing.
