NYC rent control will bankrupt private owners. NYCHA will take over, run the properties into the ground. Gov't funds will eventually be diverted to fix the run down properties.

Bullish for NYC vendors just need to wait it out.

@rossiadam @Chesschick01 Yeah ppl that think "oh we'll just print it off" or whatever are being way too flippant. Repayment of federal debt will crowd out better investment opportunities. Rates will need to remain high to entice people to hold riskier bonds. And inflationwill reduce purchasing power.

It took all late afternoon to sort my contacts into 775 I will e-mail with law practice opening info, 350 excluded 150 bounced (some to delete). I was really hoping AI would make this quicker but I ended up needing to read the list manually at the end of the day.
