An 80-year-old female presented with a PVC burden of 20%. The ECG morphology looked very similar to the patient’s sinus rhythm and VIVO was used for additional analysis.
Manual interpretation of the ECG suggested an apical location. However, VIVO localized the location to the Para-Hisian region.
Contact mapping across the septum just below the outflow tracts localized the PVC to the Para-Hisian location, which was the same as VIVO, and the burden was reduced upon ablation in that location.

Huge congratulations to Essex Cardiothoracic Centre for being the FIRST UK hospital to use AngioVac. This percutaneous procedure allowed them to remove the infected vegetation from the Tricuspid Valve in and Endocarditis patient.
