Successive medical warnings of a long-term health catastrophe in the Gaza Strip, with a notable increase in fetal deformities and miscarriages resulting from the harsh conditions of war.
‼️Palestinian journalist Mujahid Bani Mufleh speaks from Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin, the fourth hospital he has been in since the brain hemorrhage that followed his abduction by the Israeli occupation. A father of three and an editor from Beita, south of Nablus (West Bank, Palestine) , he was seized from his home in the dawn hours of 28 June 2025 and held for roughly 7 months under administrative detention (released in January 2026), without charge or any chance to challenge the secret file used against him. He describes being assaulted and beaten from the first moment of the abduction, inside his home and again in the military jeep, then held through starvation, enforced thirst and relentless humiliation. A diabetic, he says he was cut off from his medication at Naqab (Negev) prison, given no blood sugar tests, and later handed doses unsuited to his condition.
Two days after he walked free, his body gave out: he suffered a brain hemorrhage from a ruptured artery, which his doctors trace directly to the torture, beatings and medical neglect he endured in captivity. He underwent emergency brain surgery that left part of his skull visibly damaged, and photos of him after the operation drew widespread anger as people compared his face before and after. He says he believes he was abducted precisely to keep the truth from getting out, to silence any voice carrying word of the mass arrests, torture and medical neglect inflicted on Palestinian journalists and detainees during the genocide. His case is one among many. Palestinian hostage rights groups have documented no fewer than 193 journalists taken since October 2023, around 40 of them still held, and call what is happening to hostages like him a slow, deliberate destruction.

Near the yellow line in Jabalia, access to water is not something families can count on. There are no pipelines. No wells. No guarantee that a water truck will arrive. No certainty that children will have enough clean water to drink tomorrow. Give to Gaza: https://t.co/6l9JFjWInX
Residents tell us the same thing again and again: The Sameer Project is often the only organization reaching this dangerous area with water.
We do not say that with pride. We say it with concern.
Because no single organization should be responsible for keeping entire communities hydrated. Yet every day, families wait for our water trucks because they have nowhere else to turn.
Every contribution to our Food and Water Campaign that you make helps us deliver safe drinking water to families living in some of the most isolated and dangerous parts of Gaza: https://t.co/6l9JFjWInX

The life of the child, Yamen, came to an end after a long wait for pleas that went unheard. Today, hundreds of children in Gaza continue to face the same danger amid the world’s silence.
🚨 Every hour matters.
My family of 10 is struggling to survive in a torn tent in Gaza.
My father urgently needs heart surgery and depends on oxygen to stay alive. My elderly mother needs spinal surgery and diabetes medication. We have four young children, and we're expecting a new baby within days—yet we can't afford food, medicine, or even the baby's basic needs.
This campaign is our family's only hope.
Every donation, no matter how small, helps us stay alive. If you can't donate, please share our story.

The deadline given by the owner of the house to pay the rent expires tomorrow, and we still need $237.🙏🏻
Thanks to God and then thanks to the good people, we were able to collect 63 dollars, and all thanks and gratitude to everyone who contributed, participated or invited us.🙏🏻😭💔
But we still lack $237 so we don't lose the shelter that shelters me and my family.🙏🏻😭
Please, don't leave us alone in this difficult situation. Any contribution, no matter how simple, brings us closer to the amount, and even sharing this post may reach those who can help.
