There's a patch to fix a vuln, which isn't enabled until activated by a reg key 🙄. To activate it, there's a different registry value for every OS version. 🤯

I was super excited when I saw this..2 days ago.
Don't get me wrong. I don't want to do witch hunting here.
I'll do more testing in the morning and can provide whatever logs you wish :)

I'm not saying to put thaaaat long horizon but hey, guys, a 2 months heads up so that org could update their processes according to their CRQ rather than emergency fixes? ;)

@brdpoker @DebugPrivilege @JosephRyanRies In large deployments 'just not installing' is an issue. It's not a simple switch here or there. Change request. CABs, approvals... And auto patches for endpoints....
Most my deployments get OS patches ASAP. I prefer to break a few machines than risk 0days lurking for CAB approve
