@Toshogu If you still need to do process mapping, we'd love to get your feedback on what we're making here at https://t.co/pFK4gbUooF. Creating a workspace and playing around is free.
@excel_ranger If you need more people in your organization to understand what you're mapping, you could give us a shot: https://t.co/pFK4gbUooF User-friendly process mapping with connected data (adds filtering, search ++ to the flat drawings of https://t.co/6G455ovlLa, and is more structured)
@kmelve So you’re needed! And I bet you’ll do a wonderful job! At least I would have loved (and needed) a talk like the one your probably gonna hold at that time.
@kmelve When we got «The talk about humanities and exciting job openings» years ago, at the University of Oslo, one of the speakers said everything that mattered was the part-time job he had while studying, and the other one ended up in a part-time job she seemed very unhappy with.
@kmelve and, of course depending on your «specialization», gained skills in (3) logic, critical reasoning, (4) linguistics, semantics, grammar (never underestimate a well-formulated press release/meeting invitation/[insert important happening])
@kmelve If you’ve read through and understood [insert classics] in the original language, discussed their contents, analysed their arguments, you’ve probably become more capable at (1) articulating reasonable arguments of your own, (2) understanding other complex, written matters…
@kmelve I’ve thought about this A LOT since graduating in Philosophy years ago. Sooo many humanities students (at least in my experience) underestimate their skillset and value in a workplace, and their importance is hugely underestimated and undercommunicated
@inger_merete Bodde i nr 3 et halvt år, med soverom ut mot trikken. Men da var jeg en svært lite kresen student. Sov helt OK om natta, men var tredje etasje. Tipper 1. og 2. andre er veldig mye verre.
