I’m Arjun.
Former VP of Sales turned solo founder.
I’ve had startups fail.
I build practical AI agents in public, starting with OpenHR Agent.
I share systems, experiments, and the founder lessons most people skip.
@Viraj_Jadhav19 i didn’t. not as a channel. i talked to people already doing the job by hand, sold one workflow, then asked who else on their floor still did it. distribution was a side effect of those intros, not a content calendar.
@faruqi_mohammad that feeling is a stall, not a quality check. unfinished is the default. the missing pieces show up when someone tries to buy, not when you keep building in private.
@harshithOG none of those is the launch. a video to nobody is still nobody. pick the 20 people who already asked for this, send them the product, then post whatever format you can make in 20 minutes. the format is packaging. the list is the launch.
@JpMishra1010 for me it was going from “this could help SMBs” to “this specific team already pays someone to do it by hand.” until that’s named, vibe coding just makes the wrong product faster.
social is worth testing, but don’t make it the bet yet. your data already says western search traffic converts far better. 100 cold messages with zero opens means the list or first line is wrong, not that outbound is dead. talk to 5 paying western users: where did they find you, what were they converting, and what almost stopped them. then build around that pattern.
@JahidulBuilds BIP doesn’t beat rejection. it just postpones the first no. the scary part is still one person who already lost a deal because they had no reviews to show.
@gataremmanuel don’t blast 584. most of them signed up for a demo, not a ledger. pull the 20 who still have a MoMo thread this week and file one sale with them live. the rest already told you no by doing nothing.
@MoizKapasi28 credits measure consumption. they don’t measure whether anyone would pay. a usage cap on free testers still leaves you with people who never had to choose.
@oyefahad1108 buyers don’t pay for a better harness. they pay for the malformed edit they already pasted by hand. 10x cheaper than claude is a feature. the hour they already lost is the price
Real talk:
Most founders sell the tool.
The buyer buys the hour they already admitted.
You walk in with an agent, a workflow, a dashboard.
They hear another thing to learn.
Ask what the week looks like instead.
Listen for the copy-paste.
Then do the maths out loud.
“That’s a month of wages on invoices.”
Now the price makes sense before you’ve named a product.
The close isn’t the demo.
It’s the sentence that makes leaving it expensive.
