Introducing Claude Tag, a new way for teams to work with Claude.
In Slack, Claude joins as a team member with access to the channels and tools you choose. Tag Claude in and delegate tasks to it while you focus on other work.
TikTok announced Symphony Agent today at Cannes - a full agentic AI ad creation system.
Before generating anything, Symphony Agent analyzes high-performing trending content across TikTok to surface relevant examples, then maps those examples to your brief and goals.
From there it builds the video, sources creator content that fits, and identifies the right creator for the campaign. It runs on Seedance 2.0 under the hood and rolls out across Symphony Creative Studio, Content Suite, and TikTok One.
The agent starts with what's already working on the platform, not a blank canvas. Most AI ad tools don't do that.
Google put $75 million into A24 today. The first time $GOOG as ever taken a stake in a film studio.
Google gets no access to A24's content library and cannot train models on their catalogue. Instead, DeepMind researchers work directly with A24 directors to build tools shaped by real creative needs. Scott Belsky, who leads A24's technology division, made the positioning explicit: most AI tools pitch "cheaper and faster." This partnership is specifically about "better."
Google just embedded DeepMind inside the most filmmaker-trusted indie brand in the business. The workflows that come out of these partnerships will be what brand creative teams are running in two years.
Cannes Lions opened today. Entries are down 25.46% to 20,050.
Steepest drop in modern festival memory. The honest read is the awards body is filtering AI-assisted scam case studies that have crept into the entry pool for two years.
The shortlists now signal more, because fewer pieces clear the bar.
The AI industry is entering a new phase.
It's going from, "What can these models do?", to "What does it cost to run them at scale?".
Now, its going to be about who can be the most effective and economical when it comes to AI.
Recently, visa plugged its full payment network into @ChatGPTapp . AI agents can now buy on a shopper's behalf at any Visa merchant, no website visit required.
For consumer brands this rewrites the funnel. When the answer engine becomes the checkout, your product feed and reviews matter more than your landing page.
Distribution is expanding. It's clear now that products aren't just being discovered through search, marketplaces, and social anymore.
Now AI agents are becoming another major storefront.
AI has made creation abundant. Now the challenge is quality.
The gap between content that exists and content that resonates is still massive.
That's why I think "taste" may become one of the most important layers in the AI stack.
Weโre excited to introduce Taste Labs.
Our mission is to end AI slop. Weโre building the data and infrastructure layer to give AI models and agents taste.
And today weโre coming out of stealth, announcing our $18.5M seed funding, co-led by @CRV and @AmplifyPartners
AI has nailed objective domains and made it easy to generate anything. But it still feels off. Now, the challenge is judgement. What fits, what feels like you, whatโs GREAT. This requires turning a fuzzy, subjective domain into something we can measure and codify. Weโre starting with design.
There are two sides to cracking this, the foundation model layer and the agent layer:
- Weโve already been working with the top frontier labs to evaluate and improve their models, crafting the right post-training data and RL environments.
- Weโve also been working with app-layer companies to build the context and verification tools for their agents to produce better, more on-brand, more creative outputs.
We want a future where AI feels right.
If youโre passionate about this mission, join us!
In this video, @DarioAmodei, CEO of Anthropic, explains exactly what it costs to stay at the frontier of AI in 2027.
$1 trillion a year in compute. $5 trillion over five years.
We are at the most expensive moment in the history of technology. But many brands and agencies are treating AI like a productivity tool with a monthly subscription fee.

Both hit the same Marketing API. Different inputs, different use cases.
The skill now is knowing what you're trying to do before you type anything and not just typing commands.
These are the two AI tools that matter for advertising on @Meta:
Ads CLI - deterministic, scriptable, built for automation. Create campaigns, manage creatives, pull insights, handle catalogs. Pairs with CI/CD pipelines and shell scripts. Designed for when you know exactly what you want to run.
Meta MCP - conversational, context-aware, built for AI agents. Feed it your account data, ask questions in plain English, let the model reason through what's happening. Better for open-ended analysis and judgment calls.
How to think about using both ๐
CLI for repeatable work. MCP for exploratory work.
Launch schedules, budget updates, status changes โ CLI.
"Why did ROAS drop on this campaign last Tuesday?" โ MCP.
