Sibal: 1999 Constitution was not the original constitution. That's also amended. August-October 2022...in proceedings before ECI, both parties filed affidavits of support enjoyed by them in organizational wing of the party. In national executive, Uddhav had 160, they had nil. Obviously it was convenient to discard 2018 constitution. How can ECI do that? When both parties are saying we are under 2018 constitution. Under what law? They had no jurisdiction. Now there is judgment of Delhi HC that they have no adjudicatory power. Maximum power they have is of withdrawing recognition. You assume jurisdiction and decide the matter on the basis of that. This is most unfair. If institutions don't inspire confidence, this is what happens. #ShivSenaDispute

3 years back I had to raise around 15 grievances and follow up for 6-8 months to update a single entry in my service history on EPFO passbook portal.

Now EPFO seems to have updated its portal and guess what? My Service history of that one company is missing. Looks like I've to spend another 6 months to get it updated.

World is building cutting edge tech around AI and we aren't able to maintain even a website in big 2026. There should be an ITR form to capture this pain and time spent in doing Govt's job to claim a refund.

दिल्लीत आज सकाळी अंजलीताई दमानिया यांचा  फोन आला, त्यांनी महाराष्ट्रच्या उपमुख्यमंत्री सुनेत्रा पवार यांच्याबाबत प्रदेश काँग्रेसच्या सोशल मीडियावर प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या "गुंगी गुडिया" या पोस्टबद्दल आक्षेप नोंदवला. मी त्यांना माहिती घेतो असे सांगितले.

‌बीड मधील एका पत्रकार परिषदेमध्ये एका पत्रकाराने बीड जिल्ह्यातील कायदा व सुव्यवस्था या विषयावर पालकमंत्री सुनेत्रा पवार यांना प्रश्न विचारला असता त्यांनी काहीही उत्तर न देता पत्रकार परिषद गुंडाळली‌. त्या संदर्भात काँग्रेसच्या सोशल मीडियाची ती टिपणी होती, अर्थातच महिलांच्या बाबतीमध्ये असे उद्गार टाळता आले असते, मुळातच महिलांना राजकारणात नगण्य स्थान आहे, एखादी महिला जर राजकारणात सक्रिय काम करत असेल तर तिला प्रोत्साहन दिले पाहिजे. प्रश्न विचारायचा पत्रकारांचा अधिकार आहे आणि उत्तर न देण्याचा मंत्र्यांचा. पण त्यामुळे बीड जिल्ह्यातील कायदा व सुव्यवस्थेची परिस्थिती अनुत्तरीत राहते. त्याला मुख्यमंत्री/गृहमंत्री हे संपूर्णपणे जबाबदार आहेत, त्यांनीच उत्तर दिले पाहिजे. 

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींनी पत्रकारांना कधीही उत्तर न देण्याची परंपरा गेली बारा वर्षे अत्यंत काळजीपूर्वक जोपासली आहे. त्यांचे महिलांच्या बद्दलचे उदगार - ‘५० करोड की गर्लफ्रेंड, काँग्रेस की विधवा, किंवा गुजरातच्या महिलांच्याबद्दलचे त्यांचे वक्तव्य  जगजाहीर आहेत. पण काँग्रेसची वेगळी परंपरा आहे. काँग्रेसने नेहमीच देशात  राजकारणाची पातळी सांभाळायचे काम केले आहे. अशा प्रकारचा शब्दप्रयोग स्वर्गीय राम मनोहर लोहिया यांनी इंदिरा गांधींच्या बाबत केला होता. पण इंदिराजींनी त्यांना कृतीने उत्तर दिले.

सुनेत्रा पवार या सक्रिय राजकारणात कार्यरत असून राज्याच्या एका घटनात्मक पदाची जबाबदारी सांभाळत आहेत. त्यांच्याबद्दल बोलताना पातळी सोडून बोलणे योग्य नाही. अर्थातच त्यांच्याकडूनही कृतीने उत्तर मिळेल अशी अपेक्षा आहे. 

या पोस्टशी माझा कोणताही संबंध नसताना माझ्या विरोधात आंदोलन करण्यात येत आहे. कोणावरही आरोप करण्यापूर्वी करण्यापूर्वी कार्यकर्त्यांनी वस्तुस्थितीची संपूर्ण माहिती घेणे आवश्यक आहे.

The bjp has a weird obsession with grabbing open spaces in Mumbai and handing it over to its own people.

This is why they contest elections in Mumbai.

Apart from wanting to grab the city’s only artificial turf football ground- for a convention centre and naming it after one of their leaders, now they have gifted another 16 acres… 16 acres to another member of their party!

One is a cricket ground, that we made during our term for all Mumbaikars to play on… and 2 MHADA plots that will be given for free.

We will oppose this and we will ask all Mumbaikars to step out on the streets against this blatant landgrab by the bjp regime.

They want to steal open spaces away from Mumbaikars and hand it over to its own people.

These allotments must be scrapped by the Chief Minister, but I guess he won’t, since his party stands to benefit from these landgrabs
