@joshscorcher The survey asked about adding in game ads, different membership tiers and features like a shorter log out timer and better customer service for even higher prices. Jagex recently got acquired by new owners and they're in the find out phase with the osrs community.

@joshscorcher They raised prices already this year. Now approaching wow/ffxiv subscription prices. But there's a lack of customer service (best way is to take to twitter/reddit), and lack of features mmo's have for the price jump. Then this week they sent out a player survey. (1/2)
