@ZcohenCNN You mean like Randy George to Lloyd Austin? My point is this happens all the time. You know this and are either ignoring it to push a narrative or you’re a bad reporter - which is the same thing I guess.
@RadioFreeTom Now that’s funny right there!
I must point out though, when I worked for a particular VCSA and he’d go speak to baby one star Capstone classes - that’s exactly what he’d tell them. 🤣
@DanLamothe I wonder if CD would actually want to be VCSA. I worked directly for two of them, there were plenty of three and four stars who didn’t want the billet. No joint options eh?
@RDog861@JohnTCross2@DanLamothe I’ll take #2. This actually happens more often than people know. The SECDEF, service chiefs, vice chiefs - have no time for running arguments with subordinates, even if they are three and four stars. Just don’t give them another job and they have to retire. Problem solved.
@CynicalPublius We’d occasionally run visiting VIPs/Civilians through scenarios like this using the EST at Fort Bragg. Almost everyone would either shoot a civilian/hostage or get themselves and their teams killed. Even with extensive training it’s tough.
@jadamlucas@DiamondHeels Thanks for actually addressing number 8. I’d add, the NCAA can’t have umpires chirping at players. Especially at critical points in the game. But you know, as long as you’ve covered sports, the NCAA doesn’t really care. And I say that as an NCAA official.
