@CallerAngry @ChvckWagon The presences of non blood DNA doesn’t suddenly make something that’s scientifically impossible, possible. That was the entire point of their job. Can a vehicle cause those injuries to a body? They had min info for a reason. A fingerprint doesn’t change physics.

I wouldn’t have thought (prior to this) that someone could be on trial for murder while the FBI was also investigating something fishy about the whole thing. That seems wild yet here we are.

@ourx_vault @SleuthieGoosie His wife joined FKR AFTER his testimony because eveyone was calling her Husband “Crash Daddy” on social media. The investigation was also done before the trial. I would imagine after they concluded that an innocent woman was being prosecuted they probably did side w/the defense

The investigation was a joke & all the justice JO is going to get is people arguing back and forth on “X” for years to come because of it. Shame.

@Lil_Miss_AM Ah yes. The UK trial where the judge quoted in his verdict that AH donating her divorce settlement to charity was not the acts of a gold digger… and that he found her credible. Only to find out in the US trial that she lied about it.

@Gwensday3 @LauraBockov @Remy_Legal If you’re smart, yeah… But clearly people on the jury dont grasp reasonable doubt to think she hit him at all. They very well could have thought she hit him but not on purpose getting her a not guilty on the main charge, but a hang on the lesser.

@JohnM33212391 Jury plants don’t really work for the prosecution since it only takes one person to hang which is good for the defense. Unless they were just hoping one plant could convince 11 other people to sway guilty…. I’m not really buying into that angle. Everyone else is suspect indeed.

@DragonRudy2 @gooddayforaday @emscaron They did a poor job of thinking people are smart enough to the know the difference. The ARCCA expert finally said the words that it wasn’t blood DNA. There was no blood DNA on the car. So it was touch or I guess the hair.
