@NIRA_Ug In this era of advanced technology & AI, it's a shame to see NIRA still relying on outdated & inefficient procedures. Information doesn't reach the public accurately, leaving pipo unsure of where 2 collect IDs. Even something as basic as renewing ID can take up to a year.
