@colinmort If you’re a metro like Atlanta and can balance an NFL team, men’s soccer team, (future) women’s soccer, and a bunch of concerts, it’s great. Fantastic way to pair with transit drastically reduce VMT and congestion. Helps to have the same ownership for all teams.
