Two critical Chia scenarios to watch out for in 2026:

• No progress on S-6 filings (e.g., for Permuto Trusts) becoming effective in Q1.
• Prolonged back-and-forth comments with the SEC in Q2.

In either case, the project could be at serious risk of stalling or failing. As of today, CNI’s survival largely depends on the community not dumping their holdings en masse. Millions of tokens worth nothing will stay worth nothing if regulatory hurdles aren’t cleared. I’m very curious about the future of this project.
