Booked a property in Smartworld orchard M3M in Dec 2021 on subvention scheme payment plan 15 : 85 : 10 making it no emi till possession plan.
The builder selected icici Bank and axis Bank as preferred partners for subvention.

Needs attention of investigating agencies.
