Ahirs/Yadavs were not historically a “deprived” community. Son of Mulayam singh is certainly not a PDA. You were privileged to be CM by your very birth.

Ahirs ruled kingdoms for thousands of years. The Abhiras ruled in Sindh and the Deccan. In the Bundelkhand and Gwalior belt, Ahirs were established landholders and zamindars for 100s of years. The Ain-i-Akbari records them as Zamindars in this belt.

Before reservation, Ahirs themselves claimed Kshatriya status and descent from Krishna.

If an honest caste census were conducted, it would expose the reality of your backwardness today.

OBC reservation is for backward communities, not for communities with centuries of ruling and landed history.

Reservation should not follow vote-bank politics.

History is not a permanent reservation certificate.

Sangam Tamil literature mentions Ōṇaṃ festivities marking birthday of Viṣṇu/Māyōṉ who vanquished the Asuras. Warriors used to practice mock battles as part of festivities. This tradition was kept alive in Kerala by Nair warrior bands who engaged in mock battles.

Maturity is realizing that Uday Kiran probably would never have made it into the Tier-1 list.

He had his limitations as an actor and was only suited to lover-boy roles. How many of his films were mass movies that elevated the heroism? He suited for the movies that portrayed a weak protagonist who fought for his love.

12 of his first 13 films were love stories. Only one, SreeRam, was a mass film and it was a flop.

Tarun, on the other hand, had an industry hit with his debut film, something that happened only once in Indian film industry. He was so popular at one point that he even acted in Tamil cinema, with AR Rahman as the music director. Where is he now?

The narrative that Uday Kiran was some kind of “thop” actor is largely pushed by Chiru haters. Had he still been alive, his career would have faded eventually.

Pulihora was introduced to majority people of telangana during 80's by Coastal people. Credit goes to 2rs. kilo rice scheme make them taste all telugu spices.
