I shared him complaint no 002487205 and the address along with the condition 4 times in last 30 days.

It happened when they detected gas leakage but it turned out to be because of sewer line.
Now for the repair, all they have to say is we don't have any person to do this task. Is it for real @GasIndraprastha ???

The line concrete guard for my house's pipeline was broken 3 months back by IGL staff. Even after repeated complaints no one fixes it.
It is life threatening for all of us living here.
Shame on such service.
