3/3. Regardless of what we’re designing, it’s important to embrace users’ mental models and marry these with fundamental principles of design to ensure that the interfaces we build are easily understandable.
As a person who always wants to break old rules, I have to remind this rule to my self. when we create something new, if it breaks the old metaphors or common ways, Users will not feel very well about it. that's a human nature which limits Creativity !
