A demand that was already agreed upon but continues to be delayed without justification.
This delay has come at a heavy cost: rising burnout, deteriorating mental health, strained family lives, and a workforce pushed beyond reasonable limits.
Bankers have consistently delivered results, supported economic growth, and stood strong during crises yet their basic right to work-life balance remains unfulfilled.
As we step into 2026, it’s time to move from promises to action. Mental well-being, family time, and dignity at work cannot be postponed any longer.

Bank Employees medical Insurance limits were fixed back in 2015.
₹𝟑𝐋 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐬, ₹𝟒𝐋 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬.
Today, cancer treatment costs over ₹50L.
Kidney, liver, heart procedures❓ ₹18–34L
With 14% medical inflation, limits should be ₹11L-₹15L by now.
Why there is no revision in 10 years❓
