@amit32883 You deserve to lose all your chips with 65s. Beyond stupid. It can be profitable in cash games if you are 200-300bb deep, never in tournaments!
Best case he has unpaired large cards and your equity is still about 35% ! Worst case he has pocket pair & you get stacked anyway.
@DTOPoker I will bet big - I am not going to give blind a good price to call with single spade. If he has got flush - that’s the annoying part of playing poker.
@macro_guy1@iAmJoshHunt No. DC pensions have no regulations to buy Gilts. DC pensions are managed generally on discretionary basis and they look for best return for the pensioner.
People talk about poker sites not being “rigged”- tell me how the chip leader decides to call 2 all ins preflop with 57s and flops everyone dead.
Someone has to have some kind of cheat code to build this large stack with this kind of play consistently! It wasn’t one off clearly.
@VanjaPoker This is the kind of shit advice that gets people to torch money. BB will never play optimally so on rare occasions you will make 1.5BB at best, mostly you will be torching money with 82o. No amount of study will improve that hand.
@elonmusk I am sorry but why is grok 1.5 times more expensive than chatGPT? I am sure you can tell me it’s better product but for 99% of the problems it doesn’t matter. I rather save that money.
@JibbaJabb This is BS. Their take home is 11-12k a month. Mortgage is less than £2.7k. Add another £600 for bills, £1000 for travel, £1200 for childcare - where the hell are they spending the rest of the money. They are clearly overspending on pointless stuff.
@HighyieldHarry The thing is super rich people can do this because of their risk tolerance! And they don’t do this for S&P500. They do it for bespoke high risk deals where returns (15-20%) will far exceed the costs.
@MartinSLewis Our gas costs so much because we moronically import all our gas rather than build nuclear. France’s nuclear grid produces 70% of its energy. It’s the cleanest and cheapest fuel. Wind turbines are actually much more polluting watt per watt.
@MartinSLewis Pension as a highest rate taxpayer. I thought I can achieve better results myself so never trusted pensions however despite being a finance professional I forgot that tax saved alone will wipe out any differential. Feel stupid to not have a huge pension by 40 given tax advantages
@bryan_johnson @TiffanyFong_ @jacqmelinek@bryan_johnson big fan but I have a question - how do you optimise for not dying in an accident? What’s the protocol for that ? No car travel?
