HAL sincerely thanks the Ministry of Defence, Indian Air Force, Ministry of Civil Aviation, certification agencies DGCA, DGAQA, CEMILAC, private industry partners and MSMEs for their invaluable support and continued collaboration.
@ashokkmrsingh The starting salary of a Gr A service officer is 56100 while a officer in armed forces starts his pay with msp at 71600 which a Gr A service takes almost 8 years to reach. So Gr A officer starts 8 years behind.
@NelsonPnvwv@tiredcitizen@AshTheWiz Concordance table is a conversion tool, not an equalization tool. Two officers of same rank & service retiring in different years will still get different pensions
Because pay matrices, increments, and policies change over time. That inequality is exactly what OROP fixes.
@BDUTT@Vedmalik1@Warrior_Mukul@sood_2 The info given by Col. Mukul is factually incorrect. A 7/8 year service IPS officer can max be at grade- 11 and a Brigadier is at grade-13A. In no circumstances , IPS officer can say that he is senior in this case. To become senior he should be in grade 14.
@NelsonPnvwv@tiredcitizen@AshTheWiz Notional pay method has slightly corrected the difference but the disparity still exists . Notional method in no way can be equated with OROP.
@NelsonPnvwv@tiredcitizen@AshTheWiz Pay commision does not equalise that. A person with same service and grade retired in 2000 does not draw same pension with officer retired in 2010. Reason: after pay revision,he is put to the nearest in the slab of that level and not matched with officer retired later .
@NelsonPnvwv@tiredcitizen@AshTheWiz NFU is an upgrade to given immediate next grade.IAS cadre is the benchmark for NFU for other services. They do not get any https://t.co/S64JMGk6IJ regarding OROP, it resolves the diff. in salaries between persons retired in different years with same grade and length of service.
@NelsonPnvwv@tiredcitizen@AshTheWiz If OROP makes NFU redundant , why ask for NFU? This is not true . A secretary level officer retired in 2010 presently draws much lesser pension than a Lt Col retired in 2010 after implementation of OROP.
@SahelAshok@AshTheWiz Does everyone in the armed forces face the bullet? Many of them enjoy the perks in the name of those who face the bullets . The ones who face should be rewarded but not to the ones who spend their career in peace areas or get deputed to other civilian organisations.
@SahelAshok@AshTheWiz Yes .. Hardship allowance should be considerably increased to personnels serving in borders and other difficult areas and that can be translated to pension but strictly to them only.
@mountain_rats Seeking isolated parity and then playing out injustice.Every govt servant is doing their https://t.co/Cqq7enDvhk of civil servants are much lesser than their equivalent military counterparts.Govt may increase hardship allowance for personnel posted to tough location &not to all.
@NelsonPnvwv@ashokkmrsingh NFU is available for all except IAS officers, but most of the services as quoted like IPS,IFS,IAAS have enough vacancies that NFU is not needed. Essentially,it is helpful for services wherein personnels are not promoted due to non availability of vacancies .
@iCodeInCpp@ashokkmrsingh Very True . The perks as compared to any Group A services is very much poor as compared to equivalent rank Armed force officer.
@RajKuma35152604@Warrior_Mukul NFU is anyways not applicable to IAS offficers. It is applicable to only services where promotions are considerably delayed especially not so prominent Group A services . All the Group A services are now on NPS and not on OPS , therefore no financial burden is carried forward.
@ashokkmrsingh Yes.. All the other Group A services including CAPF are on NPS and not on OPS.
Also, if you see NFU is mostly helpful for services where promotions are very slow. Some of the Group A services reach PB4 scale after 20-22 years .
