@STN_Airport My issue is not with just the airline alone. I will ofcourse put in a complaint. But your airport staff throughout the night did not help us one bit. The issue is with the staff you have working here and swissport sub contractors. We are helpless still waiting for support here

@STN_Airport @Stansted_Exp @StanstedLondon absolutely disgusting at how we was treated through out the night after Turkish Airline cancelled our flights, after swissport promised us sleeping accommodation but sadly we had to sleep on airport floors. No water or food in 7 hours
